I was putting in the time, going through the motions, <em>doing the work.<\/em> But nothing was actually happening. No real results, no real improvement\u2014just movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like strumming a guitar and assuming I was making music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effort without intention is just noise. You can show up every day, but if you\u2019re not focused on <em>getting better<\/em>, you\u2019re just running in place. The difference between practice and progress is <em>deliberate effort<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I stopped just strumming. I started listening. Adjusting. Learning. That\u2019s when things finally changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Activity isn\u2019t achievement.
