It floods you with distractions, suggestions, and algorithms that quietly nudge you into spending your life consuming instead of creating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Left unchecked, it will decide what\u2019s important for you. What to buy, what to want, what to care about. And the scariest part? You won\u2019t even notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve spent hours scrolling through fitness content, watching people train, thinking, <em>Yes! This is so inspiring!<\/em> And yet, when it was time to put on my running shoes? Suddenly, my phone needed checking. Again. And again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technology didn\u2019t make that decision. I did. But it made avoidance so effortless that I barely had to think about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s easy to believe we\u2019re in control. That we can stop anytime. But the truth is, unless we\u2019re intentional, we\u2019re just passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So the real question isn\u2019t whether technology is bad.
